A full-stack booking system with a guided six-step customer journey for travellers, visas, flights, accommodation and documents, backed by an administrative platform for journeys, payments and orders.

Challenge
The platform had to combine travellers, flights, visas, hotels, rooms, documents and payments into one booking flow while giving administrators full control over each journey. Shared-room allocation was the most complex part because assignments had to stay organised across multiple bookings.
Strategy
We structured the system around journeys. Administrators configure the hotels, rooms, flights and visas available for each journey, while customers complete one guided booking using those options.
Design Approach
I worked across the application, building the six-step booking wizard and admin interfaces with Tabler UI while contributing to the Node.js backend, REST APIs and booking logic.
Implementation
Built with JavaScript, EJS, Tabler UI, Node.js, Express and MySQL. The platform includes Mollie payments, Socket.IO updates and a room system supporting individual assignments and automatic shared-room grouping.
The Travel Package Booking System brings customer booking and back-office operations into one application. Customers can complete a full package across travellers, flights, visas, accommodation and documents, while administrators configure journeys and manage orders, payments and availability.
A key part of the system is room allocation. Individual bookings support explicit traveller assignments, while shared bookings can be grouped automatically according to room capacity and active bookings.
